5/10, YVR Burger, Vancouver Airport

CITY: Vancouver Airport
VENDOR: YVR Burger
BUN: Large and toasted to give structure – but resulted in being slightly dry
BURGER: On the edges of well done which lost some flavour
DRIP FACTOR: Low – as a result of burger cooking
DID IT STAY TOGETHER? Yes
COULD WE ACTUALLY EAT IT? Yes with fingers – no dismantling required – though on the edges of jaw breaking
FRIES: Warm but slightly crisp with many not able to be forked effectively
OVERALL SUMMARY: Surprisingly good for a airport restaurant
SCORE OUT OF TEN: 5/10
